1. Shipping Times & Procedures
Products will be sent out of our artisanal handmade jewelry studio in California.
We source the supplies for our products (which we then use to handmake the products you seen on the shop) from several vendors within the US, Europe and Asia. This allows us to offer great prices and high quality products with good design.
For our standard free shipping orders we ship first class (unless you pay for a different shipping service). Most items are made to order, so the processing time between the placement of your order and the shipping date will be 1-3 days. But, most of the time processing is just one day and very often we ship next day or even same day.
Please check the product description for specific delivery times per product.
Total ETA is usually within one business week including the 3-4 days of transit time and the 1-3 days of processing time before shipping. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as shipments may be affected by weather-related delays or events outside of our control.
Once we ship the rest of the order is in the hands of the USPS (or other shipping service) so any delays, mistakes, or other issues that may arise from in transit mishaps ARE NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ELEMENT OF ZEN.
We will email you a tracking number, usually one day after your order has been shipped.
Shipping costs vary and can even be free depending on which of our warehouses the product ships from and where the item is shipping to. Shipping costs will be displayed during your checkout process.
2. Product Guarantees
In order to return or exchange your purchase, you need to do so within 30 days of purchase. The product must be received by us in the same condition that you received it in. Original tags, box, unworn, undamaged and able to be resold.
We do not accept returns on perishable items, intimates, gift cards, custom items or digital products.
Request your return or exchange through our support desk. Upon your return being approved, we will assign you an RMA number. We do not accept returns without this number.
Your money will be refunded by the same method you paid for it. This may take between 5 and 10 business days, depending on your payment method.
3. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase, which is why we accept returns that are in the same condition as when shipped. We do not issue refunds or accept returns or exchanges on special items (e.g., Vintage, Sample, ID, Custom, Defect, Pre-Release) or any used items.
Contact us through our support desk and request an RMA before you return your items. We do not accept returns without an assigned RMA number.
4. Customs, taxes & fees
We collect local sales taxes from within the USA during your order. Import duties, other taxes or governmental fees are not included, and you will be responsible for them upon arrival.
